No. I only do surveys, pre-purchase inspections, condition and insurance surveys, and appraisals. That keeps my inspections independent and unbiased, with no repair work to sell you.
A full inspection of the hull, structure, systems, engines, and safety gear, plus a fair-market value, delivered as a detailed written report with photos you can use for negotiation, insurance, and financing.
A survey assesses the vessel's condition and safety. An appraisal establishes fair-market value for insurance, financing, donation, estate, or sale. I provide both.
Yes. Insurers and lenders often require a current condition survey, and I provide the documented report formatted for exactly what they need.
Most surveys take a few hours depending on the size and type of vessel. You'll receive a clear, documented report shortly after, typically within a couple of days.
